What We Do
Our Sprint Training programs optimise you for speed. The primary focus is on your sprinting mechanics, improving your ability to sprint powerfully, efficiently and effectively with sound technique. Our roots are in short distance athletics and sessions are based on power, pure speed, repetitive speed, speed strength and speed endurance.

Roger Fabri was a sprinter, his roots are in athletics. The Academies philosophies have come from actual experience not a text book. Travelling the world and listening to leading speed authorities, he tried everything that was been put in front of him, keeping the drills that worked and getting rid of the ones that didn’t. Recognising how important speed was in sport, Roger aligned himself with leading teams in the NRL and NFL, so to understand the requirements of the elite athlete and more importantly to design a program that would compliment their other training commitments. Roger refuses to work with gimmicky drills or sessions that allow the progress of the athlete to be slow, understanding that time is crucial. Having experience in speed as an athlete and knowing how hard it is to grow speed in a safe manner is also why, the best come to train with the Speed Academy.
