She holds the title of being the youngest ever professional to enter an Ironman series.

So it comes as no surprise that Candice Falzon is well and truly back into training after spending two months off resting with her new baby daughter, Ivy.

On Thursday, the 29-year-old posted a photo of herself training for the first time on Instagram and on Friday she was spotted doing sprint training in Sydney with her partner of one year and Australian batsman, David Warner.

Learning from the best: David Warner and Candice Falzon were lead in their cardio session by sprint coach, Roger Fabri

They were lead in their cardio session by Roger who posted on his Twitter prior to the workout. ‘Great to have @candyfalzon and @davidwarner31 this morning. We’re on a mission’ he wrote.

The coach may be referencing getting the new mum back into the shape that saw her become one of the most successful iron women in Australia.

While the couple enjoy their time together back in the country with their daughter Ivy, Dave has also received some good news of his own.

On Thursday, he was announced as the official brand ambassador for the electronics brand, LG who are the one of the major sponsors of the upcoming Cricket World Cup next February.
