Roger Fabri and the FootDoctor present Speed and Footwork Clinic, 12th to 23rd December 2016.
We will be running sessions daily starting Monday 12th December at 7:00am and 6:00pm, at Snape Park, Maroubra.
Places are limited to 20 athletes per session.
Costs are $50 per session.
Session breakdowns are as follows;
Speed Mechanics – Footwork Placement and Execution – Monday 12th, Tuesday 13th, Monday 19th, Tuesday 20th December 2016 (Session Times are 7am and 6pm)
Acceleration Mechanics with Change of Direction Patterns – Wednesday 14th, Thursday 15th, Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd December 2016 (Session Times are 7am and 6pm Wednesdays and 7am Thursday)
Flying Speed Ladder Drills – Friday 16th, Saturday 17th and Friday 23rd December 2016 (Session Times are 7am and 6pm Fridays and 4pm Saturday)
To maximise your performance we recommend you attend all 3 sessions or alternatively you can choose any individual session of your choice.
